Chili powder (also spelled chile, chilli, or, alternatively, powdered chili) is the dried, pulverized fruit of one or greater types of chili pepper, every now and then with the addition of different spices (in which case it is additionally now and again recognised as chili powder combo or chili seasoning mix).[1] It is used as a spice (or spice blend) to add pungency (piquancy) and taste to culinary dishes.
